Bullet's Tribute Video

I hate the crappy quality of this video but it was either film my TV or no budgie video at all. I'm working on getting a new computer. Chris already has the case for his. I am getting mine soon. So hopefully I'll have it by the end of the month and editing will be easier.

What a nice video. I remember a lot of those clips, and you used that pic of her checking out a pic I drew of her. I love the pic of her laying on her back in your hand and the one of her in the slinky. She had a huge personality in that little white body.

I looked up the urn you were getting for her, and it's pretty. I saw the blue one, but the pink one really fits her.

Good luck figuring out Win10 when you get your new computer. I'm hoping to get one sometime before next January, and I'm looking forward to an honest review.

I'm glad you liked it. Yes, yours was one of the few she liked. I think she knew before all of us that the rest were from bad eggs haha. That's how I held her when she died. I know it's crazy how much personality she had. The attitude!

Oh I'm glad you saw it. I think I'll edit this and post a pic. It's so darn cute and so tiny. I had no idea it would be so small. Yes I think in pink it's perfect for my little Diva.

Oh yeah, I'm going to hate windows 10 I know that. Chris has it on his laptop and we haven't opened it in over a year.

That looks like a pretty nice urn as well. Actipton’s right, the pink one is most fitting for her.

This is the first time I’ve heard of these bird species. I’ll have to look in to that myself since I’ve been thinking about getting a bird myself once circumstances are in my favor.

I'm glad you liked it. After putting this video together I'm rather amazed to see that the spunky personality and diva was there from the start. Back then I though she was more mellow and sweeter as a baby because she would let me scratch her face. That didn't last long and only when she wasn't well would she puff up like that. But now I see the attitude during the weaning stage. Just keeps proving what I already know. We are all born with our personalities.

Yeah, she's right. I think going with the pink was the right choice for Bullet.

There are SO many parrot species out there. I'm very happy to hear that you are considering a bird in the future. Well I highly recommend a budgie. They are cheap, easy, come in many colors and the males talk. Parrots are expensive though as I was just reminded when I looked up info on Parrotlets. I think it's one reason why budgies, cockatiels and then lovebirds are the most popular pets. They are inexpensive compared to other parrots, easy and fairly common. Unlike reptiles birds require lots of interaction and attention as you saw from the video. They need toys to destroy and attack and a varried diet. The best place to get birds is at a bird show. Like they have reptile shows. Then you can meet the breeders and get info on your pet like hatch date and know about them from the start. Possibly see photos of the parents and get expert information. Ha part of me misses breeding and all the shows I went to.

I'm sorry about Bullet. What a precious five years + she has given you! RIP Bullet and hat a nice urn!

I don't know anything about parrotletts...or where you would get one from. Is a rainbow lorrikeet a parrotlett?

And I hate Windows 10. I don't have it, than goodness, but Old Flame does, and I've seen the problems he has. But when you need a new computer, you need a new computer!

Thanks. It was an amazing five years. I miss her so much. Amazing something so tiny can have such a huge impact. I love that urn. I look forward to seeing it in person.
I loved her attitude. She was a tough budgie.
It's ok. I have found a breeder and will be calling them for info. They are close here in Orlando. No these are totally unrelated parrots. Rainbow lorrikeets are medium sized parrots from Australia as you know. Pacific Parrotlets are from South America and the size of a budgie. I will post some videos I found later on to give out some info on them.
I know I'm going to love a faster computer with more memory and storage but gonna hate the operating system. That part will suck. But yes I can't fight it anymore I need it after this failure to make Bullet's video right. I think I've held out as long as I could. My computer shuts off on its own too which is bad and I've totally run out of space.

What a lovely tribute to Bullet. Aww that pic of her halfway through the vid in which she’s facing the camera and looks very roundular will always be my fave pic of her. I remember a lot of these clips and photos too. I’m very fortunate to have met her and I hope she rests in peace.

I am considering cremating some of my birds because I want to keep them too instead of burying them. I like that urn you picked and I think the pink suits her more than the blue.

Thanks. Yeah Chris took that one. She looks like an angry bird. I'm so glad you met her too.
Yeah, I never liked the idea of burning up my pets but this way I can keep her. I've never stayed in one house forever. Can't say I'll be here forever and I've left too many graves behind. This may be the best for me since I can't ever seem to settle down. Oh yes, she was a diva so I think pink is her color.

Aww thanks. This was so hard to lose her. I am finally feeling better. She was an amazing pet. I'm glad you liked the video.
